These terms set out the basis on which Hanmer Landscape Supplies ("we", "us") supplies landscaping materials and related services to customers in Hanmer Springs and the wider Hurunui. By placing an order with us you agree to these terms.

1. Orders & Quantities

Materials are sold by the bag or by the cubic metre. Quantities are estimated in good faith; natural products such as soil, bark and aggregate can settle and vary slightly in volume and moisture content. We're happy to help you estimate how much you need, but final responsibility for ordering the correct quantity rests with the customer.

2. Pricing & Payment

Prices are confirmed at the time of order and may change without notice for future orders. Payment terms are agreed before delivery or collection. Delivery is charged separately based on location and load size.

3. Delivery & Collection

Where we deliver, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure safe and legal access to the drop-off point. We are not liable for damage to driveways, lawns or surfaces caused by delivery vehicles where access has been requested by the customer.

4. Product Suitability

Information and advice we provide about products is general in nature. The customer is responsible for confirming a product is suitable for their specific site, soil and intended use.

5. Returns

Due to the nature of bulk natural materials, we are generally unable to accept returns once goods have been loaded or delivered. Please talk to us before ordering if you are unsure.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where it applies.
